Chest measures 16.25 in relaxed on a flat surface. Has shirring on the back. Super cute vintage BTSSB JSK with cotton fabric and three sets of chest ribbons. (I’m pretty bad at tying bows but you can totally redo to make them better!) Note that the shoulder elastic bands have lost a bit of their elasticity.
