Waist: ~68cm (There is shirring at the back. I tested stretching it flat and it stretched up to ~44cm/17,3 inches. It stretches more but I cannot say that it will be too comfortable then. Also it's notable that this dress doesn't have any zipper on the side so it has to pulled down like a shirt to get in, )
