I combine shipping and charge based on weight. I don't charge handling fees, I only charge the exact price quoted by USPS. If you want to check a shipping quote, you can look it up on USPS' web site (my zip code is 60169). All domestic items ship via USPS priority mail (price includes tracking and insurance) or 1st class mail. Let me know which you prefer! Payment must be made within 48 hours of when I send the invoice. I ship within 2 business days of payment.
