This blouse buttons up the back and has a decorative front. At the top of the buttons there is also a metal snap to keep the edge lined up nice. Too small for me so I never did anything more than try it on, this is about 92cm in the bust and 82cm in the waist. One of the buttons came off and was sewed back on. The button spacing in the pictures is how it was made and is not standard spacing, just so you know. I think it's designed so that you can button it up yourself easier and it doesn't have a button right in the middle where it would be impossible to reach
