Overall this dress presents in good condition. It has only been worn a couple of times. However, it has been modified. The elastic shirring in the back has been removed, so it could fit the max measurement comfortably. And the straps have been detached, so the dress could be worn as a halterneck style. The straps have been reattached and you can barely tell that it's been modified there.
