Up for your consideration is a beautiful Rococo Bouquet jsk by indie brand Baby Ponytail. It was listed as a size S when I bought it due to the bodice length but the shirring is quite generous. The max waist on Lolibrary for size S is listed as 76 cm (30 inches) with a max bust of 94 cm (37 inches) but it will comfortably stretch another 1-3 inches.

Included are the matching KC, waist ties, and removable waist bow.

Photos alone do not speak to the level of detail in this dress, from the gold thread on the edge of the ribbon beading lace on the bodice, to the subtle shimmer of the gold ruffle trim hem. It is a dazzling jsk with waist ties and shirring in the back to fit a variety of sizes. The shoulder straps are also adjustable.
