Skirt, altered (not by me), waistties missing

I bought this skirt a while ago. But I finally got the Jsk-Version in blue, which I always wanted, so there is no use for the skirt anymore. The skirt is only tried on by me. It seems like somebody had it altered (not by me). I am minimum 3rd owner. The skirt is in a good condition. Needs some ironing though. Waist ties are missing (may be used for altering the waistband to the new size).
