baby the stars shine bright headbow mint

I received this from a friend a really long time ago- maybe about 5 years? who bought it at the baby the stars shine bright in SF.  I don't wear much baby but the bow does not quite sit right-- its sewn on so you cant really move it.  I personally don't see it having any use as a headbow but maybe you can remove it from the headband and make use of the bow, especially with the quaint baby charm :)!
