Old babydoll JSK judging by the spikey lace its the 2002 release, the lace is quite crumpled given this, there is also slight yellowing around the hem lace as shown.
There is shirring around the waist it goes from 76 to 84cm or so but has waist ties too (it’s an empire waist so I'm measuring the higher waistband area).
