This is an out of print dress from the Taobao brand B.Dolly. It has a beautiful wizard-library themed print and little magic sparkles embroidered on the shoulder straps.

I have worn the dress a few times, but there are no notable damages. The chest bows are detachable, the shoulder straps are adjustable, and the belt is removable as well. The buttons for the shoulder straps are a bit loose, but they still feel stable. I bought this in a size L. I'll put the measurements below, but be warned - there is NO zipper on this dress, just back shirring. If you are close to the maximum measurements, it will be difficult to get it on and off. The waist is also quite high, closer to an under the bust fit.
