Flat measurements that I measured are (Bust; Shoulder; Shirt length, in cm)
Black blouse: 41, 34, 55
Stripped: 34, 32.5, 52
They’re both stretchable. The black one easily fits size L. For the stripped one, around the lace collar is not really stretchable so I’m not so sure if it would look good on larger shoulders.
Regular post (massive delays) to Belgium is £11.30. I can use UPS which costs £12.60
