Stunning Axes Femme casual OP with beautiful floral print and lace and velvet detailing.
Bought new with out tags worn once. Very good condition. No damage or flaws
Has a partially shirred back and lace trim to the sleeves and bottom of the skirt.
Has an underskirt built in.
The fabric is very stretchy and would fi up ti a UK size 14 comfortably
standard measurements:
35 inches long
15 inch bust but as sad will stretch

I would say it would absolutely depending on how you like your fit With the lacing tightened quite tightly I could get it to a 12.5 inch and even a 12 inch bust but it could go tighter depending on how you laced it. With that the waist measuremeant goes down to 12inch when the bust is at 12.5. I hope this help <3 Anymore measurmenets or questions please let me know
