I couldn't find information on the kind of blouse online, but the fabric is soft and comfortable, and the buttons are for decoration and don't button up.
The blouse is 23 inches long (flat measurements). My bust size is 34 inches (86.5 cm) and it fits me comfortably but not loosely, so I don't think it would fit anyone larger!
