Partial shirring on the back, waist up to 86cm.
Fully lined. 
Straps are removable and adjustable with 3 button holes on the back of each strap.
Fits a considerable petticoat.
Front bows are removable.

**The bottom line of shirring is slightly undone on the right-most 2", but not noticeable while wearing. I bought it like this and it doesn't seem to be getting worse or anything. See final 2 pictures for details.
