This skirt is great for casual wear! I am not sure what the fabric content is, but the label is in the pictures. As far as I can tell, the skirt is in near-perfect condition. The skirt is a lovely natural dark olive green color, and comes with built in shorts. My lightest petticoat fits underneath for when I want a little extra poof. The detailing on the front makes your waist look tiny, really emphasizing the flare of the skirt. I purchased this item from Mercari Japan and wore it out once. No rips, tears, or stains.

Size M. Waist is 13 inches flat across the top unstretched. I would estimate it could stretch to 14.5-15 inches flat comfortably.
Length = 18.5 in.
