Bought second hand off depop, absolutely gorgeous skirt and I'm very sad to have to sell it, but the shirring makes it so the waist is too big for me. I would say this fits size M, but it could possibly accommodate M-L? At max stretch laid flat it appears about 45cm. The corset lacing is just decorative. No damage that I can see.
