This blouse used to have gems on the collar (which came off in the wash and haven't been seen since) and also had a brown velvet ribbon to tie around the collar. (That's what the loop is for!) Neither are included.

Minor damage - some stray threads, a replaced button and the missing gems, plus some dullness on the buttons.

Unfortunately, I cannot ship outside the UK, and I have dogs who like to sit on me when I wear lolita, so if you're allergic to dogs, it's probably not a good idea. Sorry.
