Putumayo Cat in the Window JSK turned Skirt with Original Fabric Headband Bow, and Offbrand Cuff Set :
I bought the JSK and trimmed it to a skirt length. It is now tall friendly! I used the remaining fabric to make the headband bow. Its been taken care of by me the entire time. I'll throw in the cuffs as they match splendidly.
