Brand new without tag

I bought this last year but I've never worn it, as far as I can remember. Letting go of it for cheap, all you have to do is add shipping!

I don't really wear longer skirts because I'm teeny tiny. This would be great for anyone whose jam is longer, tea-length skirts. There's elastic in the waist. As usual, A&A is known for great quality petticoats at good prices.
