I bought this petticoat supposedly as a custom piece, but I couldn't even remotely get it over my hips to be able to even try it on. So I'm selling it as I'm fairly sure this was not made custom at all (the measurements line up with the free size which I have above). It is brand new with tags and quite poofy.

Flat/unstretched = 30cm x 2 = 60 cm
Stretched = 45 cm x 2 = 90 cm
