Atelier Pierrot princess sleeve blouse in white. I've only tried it on and in great condition. The material is very soft and flowy. It is in the off-the-shoulder style and has full shirring throughout the blouse and the arms have shirring too. It is plus size friendly and I would say has a maximum of 114cm in the bust and 100cm in the waist (maybe a little more.) HOWEVER I would recommend this for those with smaller upper arm circumferences. Also it may be uncomfortable for those with broad shoulders.
