Atelier pierrot DAMAGED straples JSK

This dress was bought new and unfortunately horribly damaged !
My sister (who is not into lolita, but familiar with it thanks to me) bought it as a halloween costume and ripped the entire lowest ruffle to make it shorter.
After that it was passed on to me, but it's not my style and now it's to short for me to wear.

The damage is not visible when worn and can easily be repaired by sewing a new panel of black chiffon to the bottom of the dress.
