Atelier Pierrot Short-sleeved Bustle OP
This listing is for an Atelier-Pierrot OP, name and release year unknown (likely 2009~2010 based on the measurements, lack of shirring, and design). It is made of a heavy-weight cotton with a chiffon ruffle attached to the lining and features 6 convertible bustle ties to allow you to wear the dress more formally depending on the occasion. The waist ties are nondetachable.
This was purchased second-hand off of Yahoo! Japan Auctions and has been laundered and tried on by me. Additional item history is unknown. It is in good condition with some pilling on the overlocking on the hems. "Official" images are from the auction listing itself, proof image is the dress on a hanger.
