This is a wonderful and versatile jacket with beautiful details. The chiffon ruffle trim, the cuffs, the chiffon bow, and the chiffon bustle all button off for a simpler silhouette. It has a short length to fit well with full lolita skirts, and the open neckline allows for flexibility in the bust size. The seams and pocket flaps are trimmed with a delicate cotton lace. I've never worn it as it's too large. Color has been lightened to show details, the actual color is true black. Fully lined. Bust: 36-38"
