I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell. Hi! It's measurements are roughly 125cm ABSOLUTE MAX. I am 92cm in the bust and fits slightly loosely everywhere (only the sleeves were a tad short for my tastes, like maybe 1-2 in from my wrist?)
