Bought secondhand on lacemarket and worn once by me, OP is fully shirred with elasticated sleeves. Selling because I finally was able to locate a similar Atelier Pierrot JSK elsewhere in my preferred colorway. OP is generously plus size friendly, although the sleeves will be very tight on large biceps inches due to the shantung silk fabric, which has zero give.
