Bought new from Atelier Pierrot years ago, worn once. The front and back of the skirt part can be pulled up or let down.
There is a small section on the skirt where a thread has been caught up somwewhere leaving a pull/snag mark. However, this is hardly noticible unless looked at from close (please refer to pictures).
