Plus size friendly

Second owner. Tried on once.. No flaws that I can find. Ribbon belt not pictured but will be included with the dress

Measurements provided by previous seller:
Bust: 28-48 in
Waist: 24-44

I highly recommend this for someone with a bicep smaller than 40 cm. I am unable to put on the dress because it blocks at my bicep. I would also recommend this for someone under 120 cm bust or under 47 inches bust.
