Atelier Pierrot Long Bustle Skirt (2022 release) perfect for EGA, can be worn with the bustles scrunched or let down as a straight skirt. Great with or without a petticoat. Shirred waist, no other closure so make sure it can get over your hips! Fits 68-110CM according to Atelier Pierrot's measurements and I'd say this is accurate! Length is approximately 97 CM according to lolibrary. Relatively plus size friendly if yout hips fit! If you are closer to the max especially at the hip it will probably not fit a very big petti. A lovely and versatile piece, just a bit too long for me to wear it how I'd usually want to (I'm 160cm).

Because of the exchange I paid close to $200 (CAD) after shipping/customs when I got this back in 2022. I have pets and live with smokers, but my clothing is kept far away from them (all smoke is outdoors) and items are always kept clean, inspected thoroughly, and lint rolled before sending. There is no smoke inside my living area, but I suggest you do not buy if these things make you uncomfortable or you have severe allergies/sensitivities.
Purchases will almost always be shipped within 1 week of receiving payment. Most of my local post offices close/have weird hours on weekends.
