Spectacular shirred blouse with very flouncy bell sleeves new from Atelier Pierrot! Tried on but I never ended up wearing this out so it's best for me to let this go to someone who will actually wear it. Measurements on the lolibrary website and I believe they are accurate. Very comfortable with the shirring and can also wear it off-shoulder for a more goth/ero look as well.
