- I ship through the US Postal Service. Should boxes and contents be damaged or lost by USPS, I cannot be held liable for their actions. Though the loss of a parcel in the hands of the courier is extremely unfortunate, I am not in any way able to influence the actions and protocols of USPS after the box is posted. - I measure all items through the flat-measure method. Please consult both lolibrary pages (if linked) as well as listing measurements to determine proper fit. (Double the given flat measurements to get the full circumference of waist, bust, neck, and/or hip) - I will indicate, if applicable, whether items run large or small, and whether they are flexible or not. Please read the description carefully to make sure the garment works for you. - Items are sold as-is (and are generally stated as such) unless they are noted as pre-laundered or laundered-before-sale. As-is items will need to be cleaned post-shipping. Pre-laundered will not. - Though I do thorough inspections of all garments that enter and leave my possession, there may be minute flaws that I have missed in my amateur inspection. Please understand that all my items are used (unless noted otherwise) and will subsequently have subtle reflections of that in the state of the garment. I do my best to record and display any and all flaws in a garment, but there may be an occasional miss. - Colors will display differently on different screens and monitors. I do my best to provide accurate color in my photos, but there may be slight differences. - I will try to ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If time is an issue, please reach out to me and I will see what I can do. - I do allow holds/reservations, but only for up to fourteen days. After this time, the item will be relisted without the hold marking. - I do not ship outside the USA at this time. - I own multiple cats, and though my garments are stored away from them, I cannot guarantee that no cat hair will be present. Please be aware if you have severe allergies. - If you want waterproofing for your package, please let me know prior to the projected shipping date. - I do permit bundling of items. - Customers have 3 days to complete the payment after purchase. After that, the item will be relisted, and you may receive negative feedback if you do not adequately communicate with me the reason for the cancelled sale. - I do not do payment plans at this time. However, as a substitute, I am able to do extended holds (up to 14 days), as long as you contact me and discuss. - Boxes are posted during weekdays only, and weekends are not included in shipping time (in my state, post operations office cease for Saturday and Sunday, which may cause minor delays) - I would advise against cutting or stabbing boxes or envelopes to open them - This may result in the damaging of your items, as they are not wrapped in extra paper or waterproofing unless you specifically request it. I try to pack minimally to reduce environmental waste, so please be wary of sharp box-opening methods. - If I have not reached out to you or responded to a message for over 72 hours following your purchase, please message me again! My notifications/inbox have been wonky in the past, so you may need to resend a message. - I DO NOT SELL TO PROFESSIONAL RESELLERS OR SCALPERS ON LACEMARKET.
