Bust - 88cm (physically measured, Lolibrary is inaccurate)
Waist - 76cm
No shirring, however the piece does have corset lacing in the back allowing it to be taken in a few cm if necessary.Beautifully tailored and three tiers of gorgeous satiny ruffles. Perfect to go over a simple slip dress or frilly blouse/skirt combo for more layers, or add a feminine touch to your best ouji coord.
