Unworn and in perfect condition-- tag still attached.
The bodice and sleeves appear to be shantung silk, and the skirt and ruffles are chiffon. Empire waist. Shirred both in back and in front, with fully elastic sleeve openings.
Length: 45 inches
Bust: 30 inches unstretched - 40 inches at max stretch
Waist: 28 inches unstretched - 36 inches at max stretch
I wasn't able to find this 2017 dress on lolibrary for some reason, but in terms of Atelier Pierrot styles it looks like the Menuet dress and the Regina op had a beautiful child. Please see the AP blog entry I did manage to find on tumblr. The last photo is from that entry, and shows the dress styled over a blouse.
With tax included, the original price was ¥23652.

Hi, just trying to figure out the dress. Is it open/raised in the front? I can't tell if it comes with the underskirt ruffles in the stock photo or if I'm looking at the back of the dress showing through a raised front. Also, could you include a picture of the back? thank you

There is no underskirt worn in the stock photo to create the ruffles; it's just how the front of the dress was designed (to look like a cascade of ruffles). I'll upload a photo of the back of the dress asap.
