Beautiful chiffon cap sleeve OP with orange and red floral pattern. Lined, attached neckties and waist ties. Shirred waist, plus friendly but high waist, so best on shorter torso/smaller bust than I have or else the neckline shows too much chest area. Lovely lace trim on neckline, really great construction.
