Very unique skirt from Atelier Pierrot, I cannot find any information about it! So not sure on release date, age or original price.

Features floral flocked details of tulips and other flowers. High waisted with corset boning and adjustable front. Many layers of this tiered skirt with room for major poof. Fabric is very unique, not sure what it is but it has an almost suede like feel to the touch, not cotton and not chiffon as far as I can tell. Good quality and heavy, but not like wool.

Flocked fabric is in great condition, not worn by me.
