I cannot ship till January 25th!

I bought this skirt and really wanted to fit in it but couldn't, so I've decided to list it for cheap so that someone who doesn't mind the condition and everything can use it! Please read everything! I am not responsible if the item doesn't fit!

AT-HOME MEASUREMENTS: Fits 70cm waist well, should fit for 64~70cm waist! Would reccomend for a smaller waist though!

CONDITION: Very good, but with minor damage/wear.  Minor feeling of use, slight curve in corset bones; no stains, tears, odors, etc except for three small-ish close together unknown light blue stains near the hem of the skirt. It might be detergent but I've tried rinsing with water a bit and it didn't come out. Not incredibly noticeable when worn since it's near the hem but it's there! I cannot take pictures of this damage until January 25th!

DESCRIPTION: Unknown Atelier Pierrot corset skirt.  This skirt would be great in any punk, ero, or retro inspired coord!  Also very easy to wear outside of lolita as a cute vintage-style piece.  Features corset lacing to adjust size.
