Super gorgeous fabric but I never wear it. I couldn't ID the skirt and I'm not sure if the fabric is damaged in some way or if it's just an unusual textured corduroy. The waist ribbon is like a shoelace, it's what it had on when I bought it secondhand. IIRC the previous owner mentioned buying it a long time ago. It's missing the Atelier Pierrot tag but I think I must've removed it myself for sensory reasons. It's lined with a nice quality thick fabric.
