Long bustle skirt! This piece is incredibly comfy as it's fully shirred with lots of fabric - you can adjust the bustles using the 4 interior channels to customize your look! I have it currently just at the front. Wear it with a corset and blouse or a long jacket for an Aristocrat vibe. This can be worn as an underskirt as well.
