Updated Description!! Atelier Pierrot Bustle Corset Skirt in Black

I'm dropping the price because I found a slight flaw with the skirt. I wore it once and at the time used fashion tape to keep it in place, however the adhesive residue of that didn't entirely go away. I've mostly removed it and it's barely visible, but if you run your hand across the area it'll be slightly sticky. I'll upload pictures of the adhesive remains in a bit, but it's near the waist.
