One of the sleeves is a little stretched out in the elastic. I'm not entirely sure how this happened, but I noticed it when I was taking the proof pictures. I don't think you'd notice this when wearing it though as it's covered by the ruffle. If anything, it'd probably make the cuff more comfortable! XD

Sorry, I couldn’t find the exact measurements anywhere. It stretches well over 100 cm though.
