Bought secondhand, it has only been worn once or twice by both myself and the previous seller. It doesn't seem to be on lolibrary but originated from a lucky pack; here's the original listing. The color appears slightly navy blue in the photos but in person it's a cool black.

I don't have exact measurements but it was a perfect fit for a size 26in/66cm waist and probably could go smaller but not larger. It 's around 60 cm in length (typical skirt size). It closes with a zipper in the back and there are some stretchy parts on the band. 

My room is smoke free and the garment has no scent but the house is not smoke free, so it would be best not to purchase if you are very sensitive to vape or marijuana smoke.
I no longer live with cats and dogs but have in the past. I do my best to remove any hair from the item before shipping. Will be shipped priority mail flat rate unless otherwise specified.
