This is Atelier Boz's Roland Jacket. I'm not sure of which release this is, but it seems to match with the women's size M with the measurements I found listed here:

Purchased secondhand from Wunderwelt at rank C with the damages described below:
-Sun damage on the right shoulder down the right arm (photos 3 and 4)
-Inner cuff shows some rubbing on both sides, right side is worse. These marks are not visible on the outside.
For clarification, the right lapel does not have sun damage, as it might look like from the first photo. For what it's worth, I believe the sun damage on the outer arm does not look as bad in real life as it does in the 3rd and 4th photos, but please expect at least the level of discoloration pictured.
