Atelier Boz jacket and vest set. The vest is meant to be worn together, overlaying the jacket and can be worn separately also.
Material is very smooth, soft and light with a subtle striped pattern (you can see it in my floor flatlay photos)

It's meant to be worn over the jacket so I'd use those measurements as a minimum guide but it can accomodate wider waist, bust, shoulder width for sure. At tightest lacing, the lacing tails are 86cm+ each so a lot of allowance there at least.
