I got this vest from Y! japan auctions. Its still in very good condition. I can't find any flaws. It is the mens size but because of the back lacing it can fit a variety of sizes. The mens size in Atelier Boz items is usually a little big on me but this fits me without a problem. Super adjustable! The way its tailored with the bottom pleats looking like doublet tabs gives it a historical look.

my measurements:
bust max - 98 cm / 38.5 in (with lacing all the way loosened)
bust min - 82 cm / 32 in (lacing tightened down to 3 cm of space)
waist max - 86 cm / 34 in (with lacing all the way loosened)
waist min -  74 cm / 29 in (lacing tightened down to 3 cm of space)
shoulder width - 42 cm / 16.5 in
total length in front - 59 cm / 23 in
total length in back - 69 cm / 27 in

Note that even with the lacing loosened all the way, there is still another pleated panel down the center so it *could* go a bit bigger but I don't know if it would be flattering.
