Skirt has no stretch except for partial shirring in back. There are a few entries for this skirt on Lolibrary as it was rereleased multiple times. It is the polyester/rayon blend version, but I’m not sure if it’s the 2014 or 2015 release (both entries contain the same info except for the year and product number). Lacing in skirt area can be tightened/let out ~2.5cm near the waist, and a bit wider near the hem.

Damage:
1) Corset lacing feels stiff and is
slightly faded in some parts, especially where it rubs against the
grommets.
2) There is a tiny 3mm pale white mark near
the bottom of the right side. It might be removable it but if not, it’s hardly
noticeable.
3) Blind hem stitching looks a bit loose in some areas but doesn’t seem to be coming undone.
Measurements:
Waist – 66-70cm | Hip – 84cm | Length – Varies, 85cm (front) – 99cm (back); also see those on Lolibrary. It is best to be 3-5cm under the listed measurements for a comfortable fit.
