An oldie but goodie from Bodyline's back catalogue. One of their better dupes that is OOP afaik.
Nearly a spot on replica for Atelier Boz's double breasted button up jsk but with a slightly less full skirt. This dress fully unbuttons down the front and can be worn in a variety of ways! Ideal for both military and nurse inspired looks. There is a self-belt that can be flipped to the front or back as needed. (See pictures)

Heavier stretch canvas material is sturdy and elastic.

Max bust of 40 inches and max waist stretch of 36 inches. 
When relaxed, bust is 36 and waist is 30. The shirring panel at back allows for stretch but also shrinkage from the corset lacing down to a 32 / 26 inch waist.

Rear has some dust  marks by the lacing panel.
