I bought this thinking it was a shorter OP, but it's actually quite long. (about 45 inches) I am not entirely sure which OP this is but i think it's the Magnolia Gauze OP listed on Lolibrary. If that's correct, this is quite rare, as it is a Nagoya tea party exclusive.  Ive gone out with it once. 
There are no clear stains but there's a really noticeable feeling of wear. There's a couple loose threads. The tag is also blue a bit, i'm not sure if that's on purpose but i think that was something that happened while it was washed by the previous owner. Iits a size small op but the corset lacing in the back can be adjusted. I'm selling this because white does not look great on me. sorry for the tiny worn pics facebook kinda shrunk em.
