I believe this is Atelier Boz's Double Gauze August Skirt in black.

The only damage I can find is that the waistband elastic has deteriorated, so you may need to replace it. Other than that, based on my amateur inspection, I couldn't find any flaws. This skirt is 20 years old, so it is being sold as-is.

***There is a smoker in my household, but they do not smoke upstairs, nor do they come near my wardrobe. Please be aware of this.
***I have dogs. They aren't allowed in my room, but there may be a stray dog hair that I miss. Please keep this in mind if you're allergic.
