Every once in a while my local post office does hold onto packages for a few days before even scanning them, if this happens let me know and i will call them or check up on the package at the location i dropped it off at. - No refunds, returns, or exchanges. - I want to be perfectly clear that usually my estimations of sizes are purely estimations. I try my best to find the exact official sizing and can usually provide them, but when I have to measure things myself, please keep in mind that these are close estimations. - I have two puppers. They don't go anywhere near my lolita but keep in mind you may find a stray hair here or there when purchasing.
