Thank you very much! Is it soft/delicate to the touch? Sorry for all the questions, lace on bloomers is a deciding aspect for me.

No worries at all, totally understand. It is soft to the touch and not scratchy, but I would say it's a bit firmer than some lace. It's not as soft as cotton lace for example.
